Picked these up. 18x8.5 / 18x9.5. Nitto NT555's. 255/45 and 285/40. +35 MM. I like the look, but I really need to get rid of the gap. I have indeed searched, but can someone chime in who has first hand experience with a similar setup. How low can I go? I wanted to do sportlines, but the rear looks like it might rub?

Do both sides stick out that much or is it just the drivers? May just need an adjustable panhard bar

How much do the rear wheels weigh? If you don't know, could you weigh one of the rear ones with the tire on it for me? I have the exact same tires (on all four, square setup). Was just wondering if they are heavier than my 18x10 SVE Drifts (58lbs with tire).

Have any other pics? Thanks.

A 9.5 +35 shouldn't poke though. I mean RTR's are +33 and *barely kinda* poke

I will try to weigh them. Won't be for a few days though. I have more pics. I will post some when I get home from work

That's what I thought. I will take a pic from a different angle later and post up

It shouldn't poke but he has 285/40's. I had 285/35's (on 19's) at one point and the lowest I could safely go was 1.5 out back (with Roush springs). Should have went with 275/40's if you want to go lower.

Would like to see more pics with the wheels. I actually had those on preorder but got tired of waiting.

I'm running 18x10's on the rear with 295-45 Nitto 555 with Rousch rear springs dropped 1.5 inches and have no clearance issues and do not stick out past fender. But offset is stock +45mm. Here is pic of the rear of my car.

Thanks for the advise. I think I would be ok with a 1.5 drop. Anything is better than stock

20x10.5 with 275/35/20's on all 4's lowered

you should be fine....

^^+35 I assume? What is the suspension setup? Looks awesome

His wheels actually stuck out (he sold them - were originally Sharktales wheels) about 15mm, where as your 531's (the wheel itself) is actually flush with the wheel well. It's the bulge of your tire that's extending out a bit. The 275/40 would give you a little more tire roll allowing you to go lower than 1.5 if you wanted too. He and sharktales had enough roll on the tire as well to keep it tucked because of the narrower tire width. I did a bunch of research on the 531's since I was getting those and even with the 285/40 you'll be fine with the 1.5" drop. I never had tire rub with my 285 and 1.5" drop setup. I switched to the 275/40 now so that I can put the eibach sportlines on and do a 2" drop out back.

Thanks for the advise. I think I would be ok with a 1.5 drop. Anything is better than stock

I'll be selling my Roush springs f1/r1.5 drop. Great springs and decent ride. I don't know what kind of a hurry you'd be in but I just need to swap out my current suspension for the Eibachs I have sitting in boxes right now (changing shocks/struts/camber plate at the same time).

285 on a 9.5 is a really fat tire. you guys are really overkill when it comes to fat tires. i hate the look but to each their own. i now have 275 35 on a 10 at 35 offset and not a single rub and im slammed to the max on the rears.

on this setup the fronts look terrible, should have def gotten 9.5 all around

Maybe fat in your opinion. I had 295/40 Falken Azenis on a 10" rim and it fit perfect. Like you said, to each their own. I personally think stretched tires look like shit.

These look okay but the real deal CCW's just look so much better imo. I'd say run a smaller tire and slam it with the sport lines
