Virginia Beach Area Tuners.....

Posting for a friend who is having issues posting on here.....

He just moved to the VA Beach area and is looking for a reputable shop to patronize. Suggestions?

I think Mike Rousch is close to that area. Mid-Atlantic Performance.

Mike Rousch did the original tune on my car after being turboed. He's a great guy to work with, a vendor here, and knows his stuff. Plenty of cars on this website have been tuned by him. I know Greg@hypermotive, Retroflyr, Jeremy@s&h, and a few others. He's in Richmond btw.

Mid Atlantic Performance and Mike Rousch are definitely the way to go for tuning and anything else you want done to your car. It's about an 1 1/2 hour drive from VA Beach to Richmond but it's well worth the trip. Mike had done most of the work on my car, as well as the tuning and I would want anyone else to tune it.

Dyno Tune in Va. Beach has tuned a lot of cars around Hampton Roads for years. Brent has tuned all mine over the years and a lot of friends cars. I have never had any issues. Brent is great to work with as well as everyone at the shop. They did some head work and a few minor things on a Fox body for me and the tune was dead on.

^^ Contact Brent @ DTP. Brent has always been very helpful. Brent has tuned my car since 2007. Always returns calls and a great person to deal with. Brent just finished tuning my new 302 stroker build.

Mike tuned my car and did a great job. After driving home he continued to make adjustments long distance to address a part throttle issue and a O2 sensor timing code that kept popping off until the tune was perfect. I'd definitely go back to him.

Nice guy too.

Another plug for Mike at Mid Atlantic, well worth the drive.

Go see Brent at DTP. He does a great job and stands behind his work. He's local and you wont have to drive 2hrs to see him. He tuned my 08 GT and I was completely satisfied.

Good question.

The part throttle issue only manifest itself when the car was cold... same with the O2 sensor timing.
