What is the difference between "gun metal metallic" and "gloss storm gray" for stripe colors?

Gun Metal is much darker, more like a charcoal and gloss storm gray is more like a light gray.

Gloss Storm Gray is a brand new color, so I don't have any pics of it installed on Mustangs. We have several of the Gun Metal thou.

Thanks, gun metal looks close to the anthracite, just a gloss finish.

How is the installation of the superstripe on the 2017? I've never done the full stripe before (just over the windshield and bumper on my 2006, let a shop do the main stripe)

A shade or two lighter than the matte anthracite.

They are a lot easier than S197 installs. Our installer can do a 2015-17 about a hour quicker than a 2010-14 Mustang. The hood and roof have a very slight curve which if you don't take your time can cause an installer to crease the material. The matte anthracite is more forgiving, you can crease it and still save it by lifting it and using some heat to get the crease out.

Thanks. Don't have to worry about the roof since I have a convertible!
