The best selling supercharger package for the 11-17 Mustang GT's (The Beefcake Special) is now proven ont he 18! We finally got a chance to install a basic kit in house, as you know, i went right right to 4 digit numbers on my personal car with a ysi head unit!
We had David M. make the trip from Canada to Ohio for us to install a base V3 JT Trim on his 2018 Mustang GT Automatic. Not to be confused with a v7 JT trim oil fed. The v3 JT trim is essentially the paxton 2200 head unit with vortech logos!
This is a standard tuner kit, we added id 1050x injectors, NO bap, and a lund custom tune. 47lb injectors would be more than enough for this power level, but David has possible plans to go e85 down the road and didn't want to double buy.
We were very pleased that the kit laid down 670 rwhp through the stock cats and at only about 7200 rpms. Above 7200 the factory cats weren't super happy. I would imagine with headers and 8000 rpms, we would see well into the 700 rwhp range. And on e85... 800 on the stock 3.6 pulley???????
