Is the rear end sitting on the bump stop on one side but not the other? While highly unlikely, you may want to look at the rear shocks. I would try swapping springs left to right, to remove them from the troubleshooting scenario. Then do the same for the shocks. While you have the springs outs, look carefully at the mounting seats. Springs are supposed to dictate ride height, unless something is binding. From your pics, I think you have a ride height problem, not an axle centering problem.

No noticeable bends in the way bar. Springs do not seem to be binding, but I’ll swap sides just to eliminate the possibility. It’s new springs and shocks so I wouldn’t imagine them he defect from the factory. Could be though, I guess. As far as taking a picture 27-29 inches above the ground... do you mean from behind while the car is on the ground? Pretty tough to see anything back there between the size of the tires and the drop with the springs, unless I’m completely missing what you mean pentalab. Still waiting for a decent day to get under there. Messed my back up at work and haven’t been able to move much the last week and a half.

If the swaybar is twisted you will not se it as long as the bar is bulted to the car.
Just unbolt one side of the swaybarto se if it is even out , or take it of the car and put it on an flat surfice then you will be able to se if it is twisted.

You can disconnect just the rear sway bar ends; if the ride height returns to normal- then you have a twisted bar. You can confirm the bar is twisted by removing it and putting it on flat ground. Both ends should touch the ground.

No, I meant taking the pix from the side of each rear, like you did before, but taken from 27-28" above ground. You took the pix form too high above the ground. Get the camera height such that the top of the tire has no parallax. And get it centered so camera is inline with center hub. Then it will be easy to see the gap between the top of the tire and the fender well.
As long as the rear shocks have not locked up on one side, removal of the rear shocks should not alter the rear ride height. Rear ride height is determined by the springs only.
