One of the great things about being a performance type shop along with being one of the only certified Ford GT Service Centers in South Florida. We get to have some nice Eye Candy here.

This one has 90 miles on it and the customer was wowed by the concierge service we offered. One of the requirements to becoming an Authorized facility is a specific tire machine that can handle the carbon fiber wheels and a Specific trailer to accommodate the vehicle. We have both so we arranged to pick up and his neighborhood was wowed when the vehicle was picked up

To me it's very sad that car has only 90 miles on it and it had to be trailered instead of driven, the owner doesn't know what he's missing.....
I bet his neighbors would be wowed a lot more if he drove the thing...

It did not have to be. It is a service that is offered.

It's great you offer that service, but what I mean is the fact it was even trailered and not driven....

I had the great opportunity of meeting John Chun a few years ago, he was the designer of the 67-69 Shelby's. He hated seeing those cars garage kept or trailer queens. He said those cars were built for and meant to be driven.

Also happy to say I know two gentlemen locally with GT's, one an 05 and one an 06. Both of them have run their cars on the track at Road America several years and one is the gentleman's summertime daily driver.

Pics of the special tire machine for the carbon fiber wheels and of the specific trailer to accommodate the GT40. Those gotta be eye candy too!

Nothing real special on the tire machine other than the special wheel adapters so nothing ever touches the rim. As for the trailer, we already have it back in its hole. When we take it back out to deliver I will see if I have a minute to take a ew.

You are correct. Customer did not want to drive it so we just go with the flow.

This is one of the small concerns we are dealing with on the Ford GT. A defective Tail Lens assembly. Parts and labor will be around 3400.00 installed. A good portion of the rear of the car has to come apart.

LOL! The lamp itself is just under 1800.00. The Labor is very intensive. The Whole rear clam shell of the vehicle practically needs to come off.
yea, I get it, but seriously $3400 for a taillight to be replaced..... that is just insane.

The new Cadillac/Denali head lights have an led strip in them. My cousin works a dealership there's no way to repair that headlight assembly. 1300.00 big ones for just the headlight plus labor/ front bumper with other shit has to be pulled as well. Pricy just so they can resale it.

Now this little street monster just came by to ask about some Supercharger work on his 17 Mustang GT. 2011 GTR making just north of 1200 RWHP. Notice the Beadlocks on the street!
