So I've had my new-to-me 06 Mustang for about a week now, tie rod bushings replaced, full coolant flush, extractor cleaned the interior, new tires, oil change, all the normal stuff. It has about 116k miles, but otherwise runs great! Compared to things I've driven in the past the throttle seems extremely sensitive off idle/low rpms, which makes soeed bunps and rough roads very "interesting", is there anything I can do to adjust this? I would also like to get more MPG out of the v6, so advice on this would be greatly appreciated as well. Lastly, the rear window tint is kinda shot, making it difficult to see, should I get the tint redone professionally or remove it completely and get a rear window louver to keep the sun out?

I don't know how to fix the throttle response issue but I have the same issue makes it interesting to drive sometimes lol. As for the back window its up to you on your style. I personally don't like window louvers so I retinted my car for around 250.

Torkair, I have a '14 V6 Premium and I'm sorry, no throttle advice to give. But, I don't like the louvers, as well. I had them on an old fox body, and I couldn't see a thing! I just had new tint done all over and it looks just fine. I did, however, add the side window louvers and they look awesome! I'm a big fan of American Muscle and was able to get them pre-painted to match. Not cheap though, but looks really good. I also added a pre-painted hood scoop and rear spoiler, as well as some black rocker striping. I've been considering some Shelby/LeMans striping, but I can't decide between black or maybe even white. Subscribe to their catalog and watch for their specials. I will say this, everything is free 2 day shipping! Try Mustangforums.com for your throttle body problem. Good Luck!
