A former coworker of mine left behind this engine in my shop when he retired. It came out of his 1999 F-250 (not a Super Duty). I think it is a 5.4L but am not positive. Can anyone ID it for sure? 2v, 3v, or 4v? What kind of value does it have for parts? I'm unsure of the condition or miles, and it has been sitting like this for at least 6 years. Just trying to decide if it is worth trying to find a buyer as a parts motor or send it in the next load to the junkyard. Thank you for any help.

Its a 5.4 2v. Id try to sell it before scrapping it. Is the bottom end in good shape? You could sell the heads, cam and intake seperately and make something if the bottom end is no good.

Edit: Also it has npi heads, cam and intake so its not going to be as desireable as its pi counterparts but there is a market for those parts.
