My wife's 07 is due for some work. We're starting to get some thudding - bumping etc... She would like to up grade it as we replace the worn parts. She does want to keep the stock ride height, but want it to handle better. She has been spoiled some by 2016 GTPP. I'm going to get the GT500 lower control arms, and have a line on a set of Roush sway bars locally. We live in the mountains of western NC, so twisty, curvey, fun roads are sort of a daily drive for her.

I just when through this with my 07 GT a year. It rode like a stage coach bumping and knocking as all the suspenion was shot. I replaced it all starting with the struts and strout mounts. There I used GT 500 strut mounts and the Ford racing adjustable strut & shocks. I replaced the front lower control arms with the GT 500 lower control arms and the rear with the ford racing control arms. I also replaced all the sway bar bushing with Energy Suspenion bushing. The swaybar links front & rear were replaced with ford racing ones All of these upgrades has turned my bumping mustang into a race car htat puts the power to the road and makes her a million times more fun to drive. Hope my story helps you in your decision making process.
