I got a fever, baby. And the only prescription is more carbon fiber.

Billet sway bar bushing saddles finally installed. I had to take it to JPC because I don't have enough room to really work on my car right now. Good thing I did, as it required some additional hardware that I didn't have lying around.

what rear deck lid spoiler is that?

They're both from TruFiber.

Well I'm glad this place is still around! Sorry for being incommunicado. I started a new job in July last year. I really like it, but I can't surf the web at work anymore. Also, the house that we rented is a total shit show and has a tiny-ass garage that is barely big enough for an oil change:

At least he wasn't parked outside. But we're getting out of our lease early, and I bought a big garage. (There's a dwelling attached to it also, but whatever.) It's even wired for 240-V, so maybe I'll fry my retinas by taking up welding.

Evil Pony is evil.

Yup. Now blatantly obvious that Vince's car is the anti christ. Both the trip meter and odometer prove that. The devil works in mysterious ways. Next up will be flames coming out of the exhaust, and huge unexpected surges of increased hp + tq....all the work of satan.

Finally got to an autocross yesterday, after more than a year off. I was slow. But I wasn't as slow as I thought I would be. And the Mustang handled great. I gave a ride to @kevinatfms who was impressed with my suspension's setup and grip.

So no big plans for the season other than to drive and enjoy it. My new house northwest of Baltimore has some great curvy country driving roads around it, too, so I'm sure I'll be putting some miles on it.

My Koni shocks are starting to get up there in age, so I might be either rebuilding or replacing them this winter.

Car was a joy. Much better setup than my old 05. This car rides like a Cadillac compared to my old Mack truck. Haven’t been in the S197 game in a while but it was a nice surprise to ride in a Mustang again. Especially one this smooth and with that much tire underneath it.

Can’t wait for the next event. Look forward to duking it out on a larger course. Hopefully James Woods or maybe Blue Crabs Stadium.

We have successfully moved into our (tiny) house in Laurel. It's only temporary until we buy a house sometime next year (we hope).

Mrs. Sky Render bought a something called "Cricut" that makes vinyl stuff and made this for the Mustang:

A cricut made that? Impressed...

Hey thanks for posting that. I've actually not heard my car from outside... That sounds Good. And dang that was a terrible run. I am rustier than an '80s Honda.

Car looks and sounds great! Love those wheels :)

Thanks!

Let's see pics of this new dwelling..

The house we bought needed a bit of work, including the {huge} garage. Once I'm done with the wiring in it (it has 240!) I'll hang up all my stuff and take some pictures.
