Anybody have any interesting links to or experiences with mod motors running dry sump oiling systems? Im needing to find some information on what, if anything, was done in place of the stock oil pump.

At what point do you need to be dry sump (G-wise). Do they make a coyote pan with with baffles and "doors" at all?

I'm doing it more as a learning experience and an engineering excersize. I have no realistic "need" for it, but the engine I'm building is going to be pretty highly strung, and a drysump can increase the reliability factor as well as provide for a slight increase in power.

As far as parts, i'll make everything aside from the actual pump itself.
