So I have had this car for a few years and really have not been using it that much, but I finally decided to get back to playing with it a little. 2007 Mustang GT

Previous Mods:

SCT Canned Tune (SCT Livewire TS+)
FMS Track Pack 19" Wheels
FMS Track Pack Brakes (Brembos)
FMS GT500 Rear Brake Package
FMS Suspension (springs and shocks)
Aluminum Drive Shaft
Akropovik Exhaust

Mods that are getting removed:

100 Shot of Nitrious Kit
Airair Cold Air Intake

Installing:

Edlebrock E-Force Super Charger Kit

I looked for a photo of the car and the only thing I have are really old I will have to post one. (edited for photo add)

Akropovik makes Mustang exhaust?! I have a full Akropovik exhaust on my CBR bike, had no idea they did 4 wheel parts. Hows it sound?

Thanks - I have been reading lots of threads. getting myself back up to date on mustang hop-ups

This forum has really slowed over the years. But, the silver lining is that those who still post are usually very knowledgeable.

In contrast, the Facebook groups get lots of traffic, and 75% of the "advice" or feedback posted is utter crap.

Yes it was stupid expensive. looks and sounds amazing. Its in the archieve section of their page, and it does not look like they even list the whole kit and more only the axel back:

https://www.akrapovic.com/en/car/pr...Id=72&yearId=276&archived=true&programId=true

we got the complete kit that went from the exhaust manifold all the way back.

I total agree with you, being a 50+ year old I can remember the days of using BBS's and early text only internet, I have a Fb account and I am a member of a few MINI Cooper Fb groups, I am only in the Mustang Buy Sell Trade groups that are local to me as the Mustang groups there are full of kids.

The MINI Cooper has an amazing Forum called North American Motoring, its very much like this group, good information and people that still use it. Fb is not so great as its not really searchable like the web based forums.

So basically happy to be here and looking forward to learning and sharing.

I totally plan on it, and if I can get a time like yours I will be ecstatic - BTW love that signature. If I can get the world quickest Supercharged 2007 Mustang GT Premium Package with an Elanor Hood and Black Hash Marks, I will be over the moon.

No surprise really as many former '05-'09 GT owners have moved on to other cars. Most of the remaining guys are either diehards who'll keep their '05-'09 GT forever (like me :D), or are young guys who've only recently entered the '05-'09 GT Mustang world and are relying on the old farts to pass on their words of wisdom.

Well said!!!

I picked up my ordered sonic blue Mustang back in July 2005... and never looked back or foward. LOL. I've been modifing it ever since. I will keep this mustang forever... This forum is filled with plenty of archived knowledge. As well as some 3v 05-10 S197 diehards....
