With a 10.5" wide wheel, you'll need an offset of about 55mm for it to sit flush and the tire not to contact the fender over bumps.
I've run several set-ups on my '13, same 305/35/20 tire fit perfectly when mounted on a 10"-wide wheel with 48mm offset, but they hit the fender when mounted on a 10"-wide wheel with a 40mm offset.
A half-inch (12.7mm) wider wheel will need to have at least 10mm more offset to fit similarly to the 10"-wide 48mm-offset wheel, with the same exact 305/35/20 tire.
One thing to also remember, that 305 tire will mount more square-shouldered on a 10.5"-wide wheel than on a 10"-wide wheel, so less sidewall bulge and more contact patch.
