Lito tune

There was some discussion before on Lito tunes. Are they truly better than a bama tune? Does anyone know the contact info for him so I can email him? Thank you

Lito's email is [email protected] and he's considered to be a 3V tuning god. He's based in Caracas Venezuela and he uses your datalogs to fine tune the programming for your ECU until it's bang on perfect. Basically you send him your vehicle information with a list of mods, do some datalogs, send him your datalog files, and he sends you a new tuning file to upload.
By comparison, Bama's tunes range from being merely OK to absolutely shitty.

Lito is better than Bama, and better than my local dyno tuner. And mine wasn't a simple tune. The car after the blower ran like crap from the dyno tuner, and Lito had it running like it should within 7-8 revisions.

Lito > Bama 100%

Yea, it is not even a question. I ran the bama 93 race tune on Cai, LTH, no cats, and straight through mufflers and it was garbage after multiple Bama revisions and would not make the changes needed to tell my o2 sensors to shut up. Lito's single revision fixed all throttle response, o2 sensor issues, and I lost zero bottom end and I actually gained more up top.. lol

On the first tune, mind you. Lito is the 3v whisperer.

Not only did Lito tune my boosted Mustang perfectly, after Brenspeed had it running like crap. He provided an emissions tune, a dyno tune, and multiple E85 tunes. And answered any questions I had so I could do the work myself on different mods.

I'd run a tune from Walmart if they offered it before running a Bama tune.

Local buddy got a Bama tune, then tested on dyno....absolute crap results.... 'revisions' were even worse! Don't waste your time. You will do more damage than good.

I just loaded my Lito tune, doing the first data log tonight. His customer service and support is also the best I've ever seen.

Does he tune 5.0s?

From what I've read here...Lito's the 3V Mustang "whisperer."

There. Fixed it.

I have looked over the maps on my car using the hp tuner software. There are tons of maps a a bunch of other parameters on these engines. I use the local respected LS tuner to datalog and communicate with the guy that does my tuning. My local guy is using his whipped GT to learn tuning mod motors but he is a super meticulous guy and won't write tunes for anyone else until he has a complete understanding of what he is doing. That said. Torrie of Unleashed tuning did mine. Very happy so far. It's not done because he wants some datalogs in the heat with a WB O2 write the final tune. My car is ready. Just waiting on the weather to turn it up.

I guess my point is. Tuning is a process not a product. The guy makes all the difference. The device is secondary, a tool, I don't even have one. If someone is selling a magic box with a tune in it, run away.

I bought a tuner with a pre loaded tune from B.S.
Lito tuned mine and the car ran quicker while shifting earlier and with better gas pedal control.
The red GT is now the most consistent bracket car I have ever owned.

Best 100 bucks I spent on the car

Couldn't agree more. Lito is super customer focused. Very personable guy. Knows 3 valves inside out. No matter what configuration you bring him he solves it. I recently upgraded to a Gen II DOB supercharger setup on a 2006 GT Auto w/140K and he tuned it in just 3 rounds and included a smog tune. All this and he's a pilot too!

I'm about to get a Lito Tune for my supercharger set up. Excited!
