Is it really worth throwing a 93 octane performance tune into a coyote with a c.a.i. &performance mufflers & automatic trans.?

I can't believe I'm saying this but the search function does wonders.......

Basically it will optimize your shift points , go with more if a aggressive hp tune and account for the extra volume of air coming into the engine

So yes it's worth it.

My combo is very similar to yours. Shaker hood scoop, axle backs, and auto trans. Just loading a canned 93 octane tune made a huge difference. More power, snappier throttle, and trans shifts nice and firm, no more slush. Do it.

Yes, but there are more HP gains in a coyote with cam timing tuning.

As others state, it makes a world of difference w/ my Bullitt...I have three Brenspeed tunes available (87/91/93 octane), depending on what I end up filling.

You probably could nof tell the difference between a the 91 and 93 octane tumes on a 'yote. Pcm puts as much timing to the engine as knock sensor allow.
Yes, it would be perfectly safe to put in lower octane fuel if thats all you could get to get home. Pcm will take care of it just fine.
