I saw/read something lately where they come to your house. If that was an option when I had mine swapped in the Bullitt, would've watched them like a hawk & then, maybe, my dash wouldn't be marred. >.<

I have ( 24 ) recall notices, this is for the passenger side. This doesn't include e-mail notices.
They were calling my house, always seemed surprised when I told them it was 20* out & I couldn't drive the car below 40*. Covid19 did stop the phone calls..

I haven't had this done because I'm sure they'll screw up my car. What did they manage to do?

Took my car to the dealer twice last year. Once for the passenger bag and once for the the drivers bag. No problem with ether trip. I spoke with them about not plugging into the OBDII port because it is tuned and they assured me there was no reason to mess with the computer. Took less than an hour each time an I can’t tell any work was done.

My experience as well.

I got the driver's side done almost 2 years ago, they didn't have parts for the passenger side...I keep forgetting about it. The noticed aren't coming in quite as frequently now.

I told them to wait until they got both in, then took it in over a year ago

I had my drivers side replaced a year ago, I will not have the passenger side done unless I can do it my self. I've seen way to many instances where shit ended up scratched. Worst case I end up disabling the air bag system all together.
