Silicon coupler for GT500/BBK 62mm throttle body?

Bbk 62 can use a 4.25" or 4.5". Gt500 60 has a larger hellmouth and needs 5". Its typical a custom order for the later.

Generally silicone reduction couplers reduce no more than an inch you might have to order one or use two in a step down type method, but that seems sketchy depending on how much pressure you're running.
