I check all of the fuses and swapped relay's with no resolve!.I looked at some of the wiring harnses nothing obvious.I drove the car a couple of days ago and ran it over 120 miles with everything working fine.I had the car for over a year with none of this happening!.I had to fix front end damage head lights bumper and grill. They still work fine and the four ways work fine. They were totally fixed about four months ago and have been driving it little bit with no problems.I also cleaned and tighten the grounds on the rad support after this happen.Could it be the smart board on the passenger side causing this!!.I checked under the box nothing wet and the floor board is dry! Also the traction light will not go off!!.Could you help me!!

You need to scan for codes. If the taction control light IS related to the other issues, that would give you a good starting point for specific diagnostic test to perform.

The next easiest thing to check for is the A/C not working. You didn't say if it is blowing warm or your blower motor is not working.

The blower is working but the ac compressor is not working
Use a jumper wire and with the A/C clutch relay removed, jump the relay to see if the compressor comes on. Check for power at the A/C relay, there should be 12V on 2 of the terminals.

I pulled the smart board out and I saw some dried moisture marks on the connectors of the board and I saw on the SVT forum an 08 mustang with the same exact issues and the problem FORD thought was the board was bad but found a bad wire to the board but I did not see any and practically pulled whole car apart no broken wires that I can see. Also I forgot over a week ago the alarm went off in the middle of the day which I never had before and I know the board controls that part of the car and almost a week ago we had almost cat 1 hurricane a lot of rain blew thru but I did not drive it then.I half to wait a couple weeks to run it over to Ford to have them look at it a lot of $$$$.I guess they should be kept in a garage only driven in sunny days!!

I have an 05 I had basically the same thing. First the alarm and the the windows rolled down on their own. I took the board out and cleaned it.it worked fine until one night I was in a snow storm and every light went out. I bought a new board and installed it and have not had a problem in over a year. If you have not pulled the rubber boot out of the well between the firewall and the passenger compartment expect it to happen again. I also removed the plastic clips that hold the plastic piece under the wipers , the little gaskets were worn out, I resealed with clear RTV no more water inside
