OK, fair enough but that only makes it harder for me to understand why the Boss 302 was fitted with a 90mm TB.

It has the same throttle body as the Coyote: 80mm.
Some times people who dont know what the fuck they are talking about just need to shut the fuck up. Roadrunner and Coyote have the same tb as Vince said. This is why when people swap to the BOSS intake they swap the factory tb over. Fuck quit googling shit. You sound like a dumbass.

I would start with a good tune and then longtubes if emissions isn't a hassle. Skip any shorty header, not worth the money or hassle.

The Boss Intake will work good on the manual but not on an auto with the stock converter. The 18+ manifold is cheap and proven.

Stock throttle body and CAI will work just fine, no need to spend money on those.

This is an intake manifold dyno shootout on a 2011 GT automatic with a JLT CAI & Dynatech LT headers. The stock 2011 manifold basically lays down and dies from ~6500rpm upwards while the 2018 manifold continues to make power, increasing its advantage to ~25hp @ 7000rpm and ~45hp @ 7500rpm.
