4.0 to 4.6 swap interior wiring issue

Maybe not to hard core or greasy but I have a question. I have completed my 4.0 to 4.6 swap. I completely gutted the V8 car's interior/harness/motor/tranny/axle. Swapped everything over to my V6 car. Everything seems to work so far except the windows. I have no power to them. The radio works. The locks work with the remote however not with the buttons on the door. All fuses are good, in fact I took out fuses just to replace them with new and still nothing.

This is a weird one as I figured something with the motor wiring would be the hard part but it went together well.

Has anyone run into a issue like this before?

I want to get this project wrapped up and this is just hanging me up.

If anyone is in the Wichita Kansas area and can provide a second set of eyes or knows of a place to bring it to let me know

Thanks!

I just saw this on Facebook. When you swapped everything over did you also swap the SJB

I sure did. That's the part that is making me crazy about it. Everything was swapped. The only thing not swapped was the intrusion deal on the overhead lights because when I removed it the plastic clips broke. Maybe I need to try plugging that in to see if that helps. I am not sure.

I don't think that will have anything to do with it. You said you swapped everything. Did you even swap the window switches over?

I sure did. I wonder if my SJB somehow got fried in the swap or something. It says scrap if dropped on it. However I never dropped it. Maybe I whacked it at some point and messed it up. I have the drivers side window down right now too and if I could just get it to go up temporary that would even help.

Take 12v and supply power to the circuit for the window. If it rolls up you know that the motor is good

I have the same problem you have and have completely swapped everything like you have. Did you ever find a solution for this.

I don't have a solution, but, there was no need to swap any of the body harness/interior wiring, in a 4.0 to 4.6 swap.
However, since you're at this state now, try to diagnose the specific circuit. I'm guessing it is, as suggested, due to the SJB, or some wire thereabouts. Power from the BEC should feed the SJB and the windows/locks. Depending on the exact wiring, there will either be switched-voltage to the power window switch, or the ground will be switched. I would start by getting the wiring diagram and start at the window switch, track it down from there.
