07 4.0 convertible Wet rear seats?

My daughter bought her very 1st and own car all by herself with her own money. V6 convertible with 120k. I had to fix few little issues during summer such as front shocks, bushings etc. Engine and transmission are in amazing shape. However when it rains the rear seats get soaked and we live in Seattle.
The rear window was separating from top but I used high strength glue and its solid but water is getting in from somewhere and we cannot find leak.
Does the car have side drains like on some sunroof cars have drains,??
I spray car with hose but don't see water coming inn?, also front window get lots of moisture if she does not drive car over weekend. Thank you

Seals look good original 120k on car

Drains are on the side so no reason the seats would be wet if they were blocked. You can find the holes just in front of the wheel well and they are an oval shape. There must be some pinholes or something in the top. Does it still have the interior piece that is attached to the top frame?

I'm not sure if top has the interior piece on it still. Do you have image of what it looks like.
Today I'm going try and flush the water drains on each quarter panel, the top is actually really good condition. No sag, no tares, when closed its tight.

Just like leaks in a house roof...could be coming from anywhere. There's got to be a custom car shop in Seattle, or reputable Ford dealer to assess.

My dad chased leaks in his '68 Torino GT convertible f/ years...finally fixed it by replacing the top.

I like to fix it myself. I would never take to a shop. Im a certified marine diesel engine technician, and like to work on my own cars. A convertible is totally out of my league but if I can find where water is coming from I can replace part.

Well...a Mustang Convertible isn't same class vehicle as anything in the USMC fleet w/ diesel motor. There could be one covert pin-hole, or cracked seal causing your water woes. This is why a custom shop would save some time/headache...IMO, but good luck. Hope you get it patched.

So I found the water drains ran a wire through them they were not clogged. Im still having hard time seeing and or finding the water diverters inside the rear quarter as shown in repair manual.

I just replaced the top on my 09 mustang. I believe one of the things you are looking for is circled in red. There is one on each side. Honestly though, I did not do anything with it while it was accessible. The other in blue is between the wall. I personally have not been able to get at this as I haven't had time. I hope the pictures help. I hope they show up.

There are two drains per side for the water that runs between the top and the body. The first is up high in the corner and not usually a problem, it runs into a conventional tube that exits at the rear quarter panel:

The one that is usually the culprit is in the cavity below the rear window. Dirt, leaves, and debris collect there over the years and reduce the ability to drain. The cavity fills up, overflows under the rear seat, and eventually to the floor.
That drain empties to the rocker area weep holes, so you can't clear it from underneath.
This is how I cleared mine out:
1. Remove the seat bottom and trim panels under the window.
2. Remove the hydraulic cylinder for the top and set it aside.
3. Remove the plastic cover above the seat belt mechanism so you can get to the cavity.
4. Clear the cavity: I used a combination of air, water, and shop vac until it was clean and water ran clear and free.
The drain hole has a guard over it and the bottom of the cavity has foam sprayed in it. Once most of the crud was out, I kept blasting it with water to stir up the muck, sucked it up with the shop vac, and repeated that until the water was clear and drained freely. No more water when it rains!

It is not uncommon to have the plastic/glass leak and separate from the top.
