I am using **** Noise may have a negative impact on health. Sound proof blankets are a new product for noise reduction. They have achieved great success in developed countries and more and more construction contractors have put noise reduction in their field management plans.

lol

I must be getting ready to die with the volume that my exhaust is at. All that noise from the exhaust and supercharger is going to kill me in the end I guess.

More likely he joined today to create a "stealth" for sale ad and get people to go to his site for purchase and to download a virus while there.

Hey guys, going to take delivery of a new 2020 GT Convertible soon and planning on removing engine cover and hood insulation.

Regarding the hood insulation, once removed, have you guys noticed any extra water entry into the engine bay from the hood scoops? I know the paint of the hood won't suffer from the engine heat after years of use, or shouldn't, but any other downsides such as water getting where it shouldn't?

Also, for those who have done the removal, what tools did you use and were you able to salvage the plastic clips or were they damaged in the removal? Thanks!

Hood scoops on our cars aren't functional, at least the stock ones aren't. Your engine gets wet all the time I wouldn't worry about it.

Just go buy some new clips if you need some for something. No need to "save" these. Some may break others may pop right out.

Thanks bud! I know when you remove the hood liner there are small vent holes for those scoops, but they are only about 25% of the size opening as the top part on the hood, but yes, the engine bay is open and does get wet so not to worried about it.
