Hey guys, I have a 2011 5.0 with the edlebrock sc on it. The car runs great, makes great power, but at idle has a little "stumble" every few revolutions. I say stumble because it doesn't sound quite like a misfire, but definitely noticeable. Has anyone had to deal with anything similar and maybe has a solution?

Curious as to who tuned it as well. Do you have a wideband? Mine will have an occasional stumble at idle, maybe one “dip” every several minutes. I sorta figured it was just the nature of the beast. I’m tuned by Lund

I purchased mine through Brenspeed and have their tune I have none of these issues. I also have a smaller pulley than the original kit and they sent a revision to address that as well. I have noticed until I do an idle relearn when the battery ihas been disconnected, it stumbles off idle, but the relearn procedure fixes it. Also all Coyotes have wide band O2 sensors as original equipment.

I have a 2014 GT with a Gen5 Whipple Stage 2 with the Whipple tune it came with. I have the same thing. Sometimes, it'll just die at idle. It always starts back up. It idles a bit rougher than it did when stock and requires more right foot to get it going from idle.

You can easily check for misfires on the OBD port with an SCT. I have aeroforce gauges plugged into the OBD port..and can see any misfires at a glance. I replaced the plugs with Brisk plugs, and misfires dropped to zero. But that probably is not your issue.

Had a small stumble on my 14 since new. Still about the same with blower.
Never stalls though (or even gets close really).

I'm sorry for the late response I am also tune By brenspeed, I sent him a message telling him about the problem and I didn't seem like he really wanted to be bothered. 3.25 pulley

I had similar experience with brenspeed a couple of years ago. I won’t deal with them again.

He didn’t want to be bothered by it because he knows he can’t make it any better. Find another tune shop.
