Bought a new street bypass valve from procharger and noticed a leak, circled it in red. Leaks at idle and is located on the actual valve at the elbow where it directs air to my intake. Does anyone know if it normal or tolerable to have? I am having an issue maintaining boost and noticed this. Thank you all for your help in advnace.

The obvious answer to me is pick up the phone and call Procharger and ask them about why your brand new part from them is leaking? Maybe it's a bad unit. I can't imagine it is supposed to leak. But I know who will know the answer to that question. Procharger. Not the interwebz.

Let us know what they say.

If the actual piece is leaking have them send you a new one. If the hose is leaking go get some v-band clamps.

Just got off the phone and they say its tolerable and wont effect performance. Personally, i dont see how that wouldn't effect performance. Thoughts?

I would not tolerate that, personally. Do you know where it is leaking? Around the hose connection or through the unit?

Its not the nut per say, there is a flange that directs air to that tube. The leak is where the flange and housing of the bypass valve meet.

Is it plastic or metal? Is it the Bullet model?

Bullet model, it is the flange that is visibly mounted with a screw underneath the procharger logo in the image. Seems to be made of metal, not plastic.

So it leaks where the inlet bolts to the main body? Does it have a gasket? Do you know to make on and add one?

No gasket, but that may be a good idea. I have some material I can attempt to make one from. I just want to prevent potential debris getting into the supercharger if the gasket is to fail in the future or any loose material.

You could use some of that gasket in a tube permatex makes and clean any bleed in before reinstalling it.
