Nice! And that's with a 1.40 short.

And... are you still running the Maven mount? If so, does it mount to the bolt just above and to the left of the idler pulley? Is that something you had to modify or is it fabbed that way?

I have the maven and it has a custom fabbed bracket that bolts using the alternator bolts and to the front between the idler pulley.

You can move the whole car by grabbing it and shaking it.

Yea my fab guy is OCD about stuff like that. I bought a cage from a high end place and he didn't like the windshield bar clearance and just made a new bar to fit tighter.

That's an amazing run on a stock long block. Assuming a race weight of close to 3700lb, according to my calculations you must have close to 600rwhp.

Right now with me in it and a full tank of E85 we are about 3640. Last night we raced 1/8 mile and we beat that time slip.

Nice work! You got it going on, brother!
Just watching this is enticing me to go out & spend more money (old street drag racer back in the days of my youth)!

Crazy!
Are you going to ride it out until it goes, or do you plan to build it?

A fully built long block is about 2 or 3 weeks out. Diamond flattop pistons / Molnar Power Adder Rod's / ARP hardware all around / Manley crank / bored 0.10 / MMR Stage 2 heads and cam's .

We are going to send the SBE till she quits or the built motor is ready to put into her. Hoping to take it out in one piece for sure.

If it comes out in one piece, you should magnaflux the rods to see if any cracks have started to form.

I plan on doing a tear down video to show that it really is a stock bottom end and see how it held up.

I would hate to see what you would run on a good track. That place is a glorified goat path. Very impressive .
