Tossing around the idea of putting the 2010-2012 door mirrors on my ‘08. I’ve been scrounging Craigslist and I can’t find a complete set anywhere, always seems to be a wrecked car with one side missing.

Anybody got a pair of them sitting around they’re happy to offload? Color doesn’t matter, my car is black but I’ll wrap mirrors of another color or consider the base black textured ones.

Make sure you get 10-12 mirrors and not 13/14, as those have a different style connector.
And if you're wrapping the covers may want to find a Premium set that has covers, not just totally textured black plastic

Ah, good to know on the connectors, I’ll update my post. As for the wrap, if I find some cheap textured ones that’s fine although I’d prefer the premiums with the caps, for those I’d wrap them if necessary.

I think you are looking for '10 only (with no convex sub-mirror) as the '11-'14 had the mirror-in-a-mirror effect.

I actually dig the little blind spot mirrors but I’m not in NEED of them. So 2010-12 it looks like I need.

I sold my '13 mirrors to Cam and he installed them on his '08 Bullitt, so I'm not that sure about the connectors being different

oh wow. Maybe it was 14 only. Mine came off a 14 and had a total modular pin out, smaller connectors and like 7-8 pins for puddle lamps etc

I'm looking to swap out the side mirrors on my '06, anyone know of any folding ones that will fit?

Knowing the Mustang is a bit 'parts bin' model I have been looking at other car models to find one that fits and folds but so far no luck

Do the Agent 47 mirrors fold? If so that'd be a good choice. As 05-14 OEMs dont fold unfortunately

Agent 47 mirrors do not fold, I'm aware the 05-14 OEM mirrors do not fold, this is why I am looking to swap them out if possible with mirrors that fold.
I did hear a rumour that 05-14 Mustangs exported to Japan had folding mirrors but am struggling to find any actual evidence of this

S197 was based on DEW, which included Jag S-Type. Likely won't fit, but they did have folding mirrors.

Apparently Ford Japan made alterations to the '10-14 Mustangs, one of which was it had to have folding side mirrors to pass their inspection!
