What he said. Check the positive and ground cables to the starter, and check the ground cable that comes off the passenger side engine mount bracket. There's a chance you forgot to reconnect one of them.

I think i got those right but I’ll check, anything else to check while I’m down there? Is there only one ground wire for the motor mount? And no it doesn’t crank

Try applying 12 volts directly to the starter and see if the starter cranks. That will at least eliminate the mechanical element.

Would i do that by using the battery? Taking it out of the tray and holding it near the starter?

The easiest is to take a screwdriver and jump between the two positive poles on the starter motor, just make sure that the gearbox is in P or N position first.

I would start with ensuring the starter was installed correctly. Also, there is a ground on the passenger side motor mount, make sure that you reinstalled that ground properly. Should be laying flush and is located on the upper front motor mount bolt if I remember correctly. If that doesn't work inspect the motor for any broken connections or messed up wiring from when you jacked the motor up. Clearance between the motor and firewall can get a bit low.
