Yay i will try this, attempted to use superglue ended up gluing my wipe cloth to my fingers. It was just starting to peel, so thought a few drips would do. So now will peel down the rest and fix, thanks a bunch

I used the American made Coverlay door panel insert that is all one piece and secures using only silicone adhesive. They look great, just don't have the perforations. I have black doors and used black inserts. Looks great I discovered that you should use more than one tube of adhesive. I'd recommend two or three for each door. Start to finish about four hours.

So the tube that comes with them is not enough?

How did you clean up the door panels to prep for new inserts?

Anybody?

I used a wire brush to clean them up and get as much of the old foam as I could off then I just used the one tube of silicone adhesive that came with it for both and they have held up great! Also used some 1/8” welting pipe to go around the outside.

I did take the door panels off for installation…
