Yesterday I had the opportunity to run my Mustang on a new to the area Dynojet. Running the same Brenspeed tune I used last year to break into the 10s. With a belly full Sunoco 260 GT Plus it pulled a peek HP of 496 @ 6,600 and peek torque of 445 @ 4,100. It made over 400 torque from 3,000 to 6,000 rpm. The power and torque curves are not smooth with lots of waves but no drastic jumps or drops. Then I loaded a tune from Lito he has been working on and is not quite finished. The appearance of the curves from the two tuners is night and day. Lito’s charts are smooth from beginning to end. The A/F ratio does not wander and acceleration is constant to the limiter. I had some wheel slippage on the dyno above 5,000 and still pulled 515HP @ 6,900 rpm. Peek torque is 485 @ 4,800 rpm. It made over 400 torque from 3,000 to 6,500 rpm and the HP curve hits 500 at 6,200.
The difference between the two tunes is very clear. Brenspeed is sloppy and unrefined and Lito’s tune is much cleaner and precise. The A/F ratio grafs smoother and the exhaust no longer stinks and burns the eyes.
Draw your own conclusion from this but I can tell you Brenspeed will never piss me off again.:driver:

You’re a better man than me. It’s been Almost three years, and I’m still pissed at Brenspeed.
Congratulations, nice numbers!!!

Those are great dyno numbers and, once again, LITO'S THE MAN.
Can you post the graphs?
I see you have a TVS supercharger. Does your car have the Brenspeed favourite Detroit Rocker cams and Kooks headers? Your dyno numbers certainly suggest you aren't running stock cams.
How much boost are you running?
Do you still have the stock connecting rods and stock oil pump gears?
Pardon me for asking so many questions but you have an awesome sounding set up. With that much power from the "humble" 3V, who needs a Coyote swap? ;)

I wish Lito tuned Coyotes.

I hear Jon Lund is the man for Coyote tunes.

IF he tuned coyotes, he would be a millionaire twice over by now. He really is missing the boat on this. The last of the 3V was 2010, that's 11 years ago. I'm sure he could put his expertise to use on the 11+ cars.

Comp Cams 127350 Blower grind with matching springs. Not limited or locked. Kooks 1 5/8” long tubes. Stock bore and stroke but all forged. I purchased an Excessive Motorsports rotating assembly and installed it in my block myself. I installed Boundary gears in a FRPP high volume pump and used a MMR crank sprocket. Boost gauge shows 16 psi when the twin 65mm throttle is open.

I'm another who will never use Brenspeed again . . . huge investment in an engine, and getting them to even take my call or answer an email is like pulling teeth. When they do answer, it's usually non-committal, half-information. Then, any follow-up questions are ignored. Brent, himself, is the only one with decent customer service . . . once you push through his minions and get him engaged. That said, my little 3V made 780RWHP on corn. So, there's that.

OP, glad you're happy with the tune. Good stuff, and I'm sure it's much better to drive than the original tune.
