Hi I have an 14 gt 6 speed looking at clutches in case I need one in the near future. This is my first manual I've owned so be first clutch I'll have to purchase when I do so I don't know anything about them. Is exedy fmk1026 good for stock car with flowmaster outlaws as only mod? Thanks in advance!

Stage 1 clutch is all you need.

Centerforce Dual Friction.
Pedal like stock, but way more holding power. So when you supercharge, you already have a clutch for it.

I don't have and probably won't ever the money to buy a supercharger lol.

That is a perfect clutch for stock. Basically you want to look at the horsepower capabilities when buying a clutch. You don’t need a clutch that handles 1000hp.
The organic material is better suited for stock feel and metal discs are very grabby and a really for racing only. You would not have a fun time driving your car in traffic with a heavy, high pedal race clutch.

Which one is the perfect one the one I mentioned in the post or one that 86gt351 recommended?

My one experience with an Exedy stage 1 clutch on my stock 2011 stock GT Coyote. It blew up first time I downshifted from high rpm and put a piece of shrapnel through my bell housing. Exedy told me to stuff it when I complained. Buy from them at your own risk.

Hey guys, jumping in here. Not ready for a new one in my 2010 GT yet (112k miles and feels good), but starting to think about the stage 1 also (mild bolts ons). What are thoughts on replacing flywheel with one matched to clutch, vs resurfacing? TIA

I don't think flywheels for the 4.6L are supposed to be resurfaced.

I had very good experience with a Centerforce DF clutch in a different car that featured a relatively mild NA build (355 SBC, heads, cam, forged pistons, headers, aftermarket EFI).

Which centerforce clutch would be best? The DF023500?

The DF023500? I don't need a clutch at this time stock one is working ok but wondering if it'll be worth the money to replace the stock clutch with better aftermarket one. I heard others say the stock clutch is the cause for high rpm lockout.

Id have to look up the part number, but, it is 26 spline for the magnum xl, and I went with the Ford racing lightened billet flywheel. 8 bolt. I ordered all my parts during the build for a 2013 GT.
