If you shop around there are tons and tons of parts out there. Lots of take out coyote engines for $3000.00 and less. There are two f150 engines with harness for $1800 here locally.
And in the above list you could also get a 11-13 under dash harness and swap that out and eliminate the need for repining or an aftermarket harness.


Again shop. The truly biggest issue is the wiring but that is overcome with asking fellow members here, and asking power by the hour who are incredibly helpful.
They have a conversion harness coming in a couple of months that will be plug and play.

Could you expand on this dash harness being the ticket? Also, the PBH harness hasn't been released and I don't know if it will ever be, so I'm looking for the simplest solution to do my swap. already have a Coyote ECU, pedal, engine harness, and all the mechanicals to do it

I think he is gone for good. Have not heard a peep from him since his "cheap ass" swap blew the engine.
