Okay I’ve check vac leaks,clean MAF,change fuel injectors and fuel filter.What else should I check here is some readings off my tuner if that helps.

Bank 1 is adding fuel, and I believe it has pegged, thus the system lean code on that bank. Since bank 2 is perfect (no correction on long term) it is possible that O2 sensor is starting to fail. Or some other issue on that side of the engine.

Swap the two upstream sensors and see if the same code comes back, or changed to the other side.

Okay I got new o2s I’ll try that.there the stock ones still so that is possible.Thanks I’ll let you know if that works

I got the new ones in still throwing that code. so I’ve done 02,new fuel injectors,new fuel filter,cleaned MAF & Air filter.also made sure all the cold air intake clamps where tight.I’m lost now

Omg I found it it was the two flange bolts bolts that bolt to the header from my off road x pipe wow

Might want to put some blue lock tight on those if it continues to be a problem.

Nope I was about to replace the header gasket thinking it was that and noticed those where not tight.So been driving no code and it even sounds better.
