Turbo Specialists in Arizona or Southwest

I'm kicking around the idea of building my '05 GT into a twin turbo beast. I'd like to build on a Brenspeed B326 and throw twin Precision CEA 61-67mm turbos hidden underneath the motor. I'd like the S&H Stealth kit, but it doesn't seem like they make them anymore. I'm looking to make 900-1000 on a race tune, and 650whp on a daily tune. I'm looking for someone who can build the system and install it if I decide to go this route. I'm currently in Tucson, but would be willing to travel as far as San Diego or Albuquerque to find someone worthwhile. Thanks everyone.
