Pressures were a little low but behavior stayed the same when I inflated to the proper pressures.

You coould rotate left to right and see if behavior remains same or possibly switch sides. (doubtful IMO) But it would eliminate or confirm tires as the cause.
Some cheaper off brand tires can be worse than others. What tires are you running? How old? Are they a complete set?

I have a 20 Peterbilt, tires had less than 1k miles when the drive tires sidewalls failed. It would get squirrely lol.

Maybe there's something wrong with one of the struts; like too much high-speed compression damping. This will make the car "twitchy" over bumps. Have you had it back to the alignment shop and had them drive it?

Check the condition of bushings on panhard bar and upper and lower control arms.

What would make my car sway when hitting a small bump or changing lanes?
I have done a bunch of work but nothing has helped.
Front:
Shock/Strut assemblies (Monroe) , Lower Control Arms w/ ball joints (Moog), Inner Tie Rod Ends (Moog), Outer Tie Rod Ends (Moog), & Stabilizer Bar Links (Moog) Alignment done after all installation.
Rear:
Shocks (Monroe), Bumpstops? (bushings located on top axel)
All 4 rotors & calipers are new as well. Behavior isn't brakes as the car stays straight & there's not vibration when braking.
Could it be the rack & pinion?
Any ideas?
Thanks!
If you get a chance to switch out a good set of tires from a friend I would do that. Tires can have a bad belt or bad balance. That's a pain when you are trying to eliminate things. If you live in Connecticut I'd be more than glad to let you use mine to see. I'm just being old fashioned. No strings attached lol
