Bought these back in November. Was waiting for best deal on tires to come along. Actually Amazon and EBay came through as the lowest prices. I went with staggered widths even though the rims are all 19 x 9.5. 285/35 in rear, 255/40 in front to keep the diameters consistent. I like them, but I think they have to grow on me a little. Less muscle car looking and more sports car vs my old rims. Anyway, here it is.

Thanks everyone. Just a note, if anyone plans to use these rims, the GT centercaps don’t fit. The bore is the same, but these have a longer flange that prevents the cap from engaging. I ordered SVT caps, and black/silver pony decals to cover the lettering. Don’t want to be accused of being a Shelby wannabe. Lol

What year are those rims from?

2013-2014 base GT500 rims. These are the ones you got if you didn’t get TP for you PP. lol (non trackpack, or non performance pack). I actually like them better and they’re more rare.

One of my buddies just put those same wheels on his '07 GT500 and they are the bomb, best looking set of wheels he's installed on the car and he's had more than a few different sets. They just set right and look fantastic- congrats.

Beautiful! I think those are at the top of my list for my 08 Shelby GT. I wouldn’t even have to change the center caps! (Though some still may cause me of being a wannabe)

What did you have before? Standard 17x8 with 235s? Is there much of a difference in the ride?

Many owners of the SVTPP cars went out & bought the base wheels, besides looking better, they are easier to clean..

Thanks! They’ll look great on your Shelby.

I had 19 x 8.5 rims with 255/40s all around. My car is a trackpack, so those were stock. I liked them, I just wanted more width in the back. The ride is pretty much the same-decent but firm.

Old wheels…

That's an excellent upgrade. They are proving to be very difficult to locate. I might end up going with the Boss 302 Wheels if I can't get my hands on the GT500 SVT wheels.

I got mine on EBay as NOS from a guy that seems to have quite a few sets. Not expensive either. I got these 700 shipped, but I’ve seen them cheaper too.
