just off hand does anyone know the bolt sizes for the belt tensioner? Ford want like $20 something. Went to lowes to match it up and couldn't find a match. Also does anyone know the size bolt for the idler pulleys? I have an aftermarket set but I have to throw a stock replacement on there while I'm waiting for the new billet pulleys to get made. I used to have a set of stock idlers around here somewhere with the bolts, but for the life of me I can't remember where I put them The tensioner bolt I just lost while swapping it out.

They are standard metric threads. About 80% of them are 10x1.5. Idler pulleys may be 8x1.5.

Weird that Lowe’s didn’t have the cap nut that the tensioner uses. I was just gonna get a bolt and washer but figured there was someplace I could order it from. The pulley bolts used washers if I remember correctly. I can’t believe I can’t find my stock pulleys. There’s three bolts in that box. Lol

Well it ended up not being that pulley that was squealing like as stuck pig. As it turns out it is the adjustable idler pulley that came with my Whipple kit. I pulled the snap ring off and removed the bearing seal as carefully as I could. Hand packed the roller bearing on the one side (double roller) and tried to press it through to the front bearing. Put the seal and ring back in and started her up. Chirped a couple of times and then I think the grease distributed itself to the front bearing as it heated up because she went silent. Drove to work this morning and not a peep. Pretty happy after chasing this thing down for weeks. I guess I will call Whipple on Monday and see if I can purchase just the pulley.
