I got got a ford performance 90mm throttle body for my 2014 mustang gt. It says it needs calibrated and I’m wondering how I can do that. I installed it along with a new boss 302 intake manifold and boss 302 radiator. Tuned it and tried to start it and it turns once and dies. Help please.

Didn't come w/ any instructions, guessing you didn't check the site you purchased from to see if there's anything there either? Where'd you get the parts?

I believe by “re-calibrate” they mean to tune.

Under "tech specs" tune required = YES.

For the Intake and Throttle Body a TUNE is required. Due to the EPA mess maybe they changed there lingo?

Yes I figured out that calibration means tuning and I had a tune for it and it’s doing this. I did repin the new connector. It came with blunt instructions that I followed. Double checked after it wouldn’t turn on.

Have you checked for trouble codes on the ECU? Can you verify that the TB is responding to the gas pedal?

I did get a P1602 when I first plugged up the tuner but it doesn’t come up anymore.
