Over the years APEX has accumulated a number of wheels that aren’t suitable for sale at full price. These wheels have a minor aesthetic imperfection only, all wheels function perfectly. All of our blemished wheels are new, unused, with their structural warranty from APEX intact. All of these wheels are all available at discount pricing. You can find a list of all currently available wheels and prices by using the following link to view our Google spreadsheet.

---> CLICK HERE FOR APEX WHEEL SPREADSHEET <---

The list includes a description of the wheel’s condition. Our standards are high, so most blemishes are minor or even undetectable in some instances at more than arm's length away from the wheel.

How to Buy:

The only way to purchase these wheels is by contacting the following email address: [email protected]. Please do NOT call or Private Message us for these wheels. These are being sold by Joe our Warehouse Manager. Our regular sales staff cannot facilitate these transactions. Payment can be made by credit card or paypal.

Blemish description Examples:

Paint Pop: These are ballpoint pen-tip sized dots. Having a few pops is common on wheels and other painted parts, both aftermarket and OEM. If we flagged a wheel for this issue it was because there were multiple pops in one area or it was in a more prominent location. These are almost unnoticeable beyond arms length away, even less noticeable when they’re on a car and you’re not looking directly at the face of the wheel.

Hair in Paint: A hair or other particle landed in the paint prior to drying. These marks are usually 2-4mm long. They are very minor. Also not noticeable from beyond an arm’s length away

Dimple: Not caused by paint popping during the heating process. These are larger depressions in the face (still usually 1-2 millimeters in size).

Line in spoke: A machining blemish, a very slight indent enough to catch the light slightly differently is on one of the spokes. It can barely be felt. This issue happened to a number of wheels from the same production run.

Some great pricing on those wheels.
Only thing that sucks is there's no sets, they're all singles.
But it works for somebody that needs to replace a damaged wheel and isn't concerned with great looks, such as for a racing-only setup.

They are great prices indeed. If someone wanted to be the only S197 on our PS-7 wheels, there is a full set of 19x9.5" available in different colors, then just have them painted a shade of your choice. Also appears to be 4 19x9.5" EC-7's in different colors, and then 3 Race Silver 19x9.5" PS-7 along with 3 Satin Black 19x9.5" PS-7. Lots of ways to get a set of incredibly strong and lightweight wheels for pennies on the dollar.

The 19 inch is another bother for me. I prefer 18, and also tire choices for 19 is so limited and pricey. It’s still tempting though.

Tire selection has flipped recently in regards to 18" vs 19". There are a ton of good tires available in the correct Mustang sizes for 19s now, and very few for 18s. It's unfortunate because 19" tires are quite expensive in comparison.

We still have some Mustang wheels left, get them at incredible discounts! And as a friendly reminder, we only have what is listed in this spread sheet, NOTHING ELSE.

Due to the nature of the sale and the pricing of the units, we do not have photos of each and every blemish. Most of the units were simply test units that had a tire mounted then dismounted for photography or fitment testing. These cannot be sold as new so we are offering them up as a b-stock item.

they are going on a 08 bullitt mustang.
i will paint them myself in PPG envirobase water base coat and PPG EC 530 clear coat , i am a certified PPG painter/ body man. in the correct gray that the stock bullitt mustang wheels are painted from the factory.

probably get a pair of Mitchlin pilot ss 275/40/19 for the front and 285/40/19 for the rear, or maybe a 275 square setup.

Sounds like a fun project. I would recommend the new Michelin PS4 in 275 all around personally. It's noticeably better and about the same cost as the MPSS, plus being able to rotate is invaluable for tread life and performance.

Our year-end inventory count was completed and we came across a few wheels that qualify for our Blemished Sale. They have been added to the doc up in the first post.

Revising this from the dead. This sheet is up to date and to add to it, we have two sets (8 tires) of brand new, late '21 or early '22 date code 315/30-18 Nitto NT01s available at a 10% discount from the website pricing.

These two sets can be sold mounted with a wheel combo or separately on their own. Same ordering process applies, you must email us to place an order!

Spring cleaning bump, this sheet gets updated constantly with new "inventory".

Reminder that you must send us an email to [email protected] to place an order, they cannot be done over the phone or via PM. I will ignore it :)

I bought the PS-7 wheels and as Cory noted, have the only S197 on those wheels!
