I know that it is possible to crank the engine without starting on a 2015+ Mustang and F-150 by putting the throttle to the floor while turning the key. I do this on my 2020 EcoBoost F-150 after oil changes to build a little bit of oil pressure before it starts.

Without starting an argument about if this is nessecary, or if it works, I figured that I'd ask before I try and send my RPMs to the moon. Would this feature be on my 2011 Mustang too?

Our Techs do this at times when they are looking for Driveability Concerns with the IDS hooked up. The IDS has the ability to check compression, etc by doing this.
