I have a little greenish/yellowish residue in the area of the fuel filler. I assume it's fuel residue. I've tried Simple Green, car wash concentrate, and Krud Kutter, but I can't get rid of it. Any idea what will remove the residue?

I've had good luck w/Meguiar's Cleaner Wax (or Paint thinner) - something that can cut/thin the original product. Use disposable gloves and an old tooth brush if you're working w/paint thinner. Test in an inconspicuous spot first. Once clean follow up w/409; soap and water; then wax/cleaner wax to help prevent it from reoccurring in the future. If on the body near the door usually a good cleaner wax will remove it.

I would recommend getting all purpose cleaner from Adams Polishes (stuff is super strong) or if you want to try Scrubbing Bubbles (yes the bathroom cleaner) ... just spray it on and use a toothbrush or a wheel lug nut brush.
