    Subframe connectors?

The S197 chassis is based on the Jaguar S type and Lincoln LS modified for a solid rear axle of course. I found an interesting comparison of stiffness here. This chassis was extremely rigid with a torsional stiffness of 21,000 Nm/degree. This was a substantial improvement over the previous...

    Can’t change the ac temperature

Have you verified that the blend door is working? That is what changes temps. See if you can change heater temperature to check it. If that does not change your blend door is not moving. It may not be getting power. I think it is plugged into the body control module in the right kick panel so I...

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

LOL Good for you. Now what are you do to for left turns?

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

You can give it a try since you have one but if I were you I would order these. You don't need to take apart the inner rod ends since they just snap on AND you can do both left and right sides. Plus you can "tune" the amount of restriction to the amount you need to stop the rubbing...

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

I would hope not. Ford does not sell any rack restrictors for EPAS racks but I assume you mean can use these. https://slrspeed.com/products/s197-mustang-steering-rack-stop-set-lock-limiters?srsltid=AfmBOoovZctovK_OnLkTsh-XCznozCkX6SJXnwTOdD4fcB4NDP4di6Kp

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

Is it rubber? Can you stretch it over the shaft? does the outside diameter fit in the hole in the box? If so it is meant to go in there I would imagine. I have never installed one. You will only restrict the wheel one direction with one. Edit:After some research it appears that EPAS boxes do...

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

You have them if your tires don't rub on full lock. They would be inside the rack I guess. The OEM ones are complete rings and are black.

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

The limiters go on each side of the electric steering rack to limit wheel travel on both left and right turns. All S197's with factory 18" wheels or larger have them from the factory. The OEM Ford limiters require you disassemble your inner tie rods but the aftermarket ones just clip on. You...

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

You already have them if your car came with 18" or higher.

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

Actually collision protection requires the chassis to crumple and absorb the shock instead of transferring it to the occupants.

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

Interesting, I thought S197's chassis's were way stiffer than previous Mustangs. It is based on a Jaguar design.

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

I would start with 2 on each side and go from there. They need to be in pairs on both sides of the rack.

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

I am not sure whether Ford still stocks them after a dozen years. I also found these that do not require tie rod removal to install. https://slrspeed.com/products/s197-mustang-steering-rack-stop-set-lock-limiters?srsltid=AfmBOoog6yz8a66WtzTJnedgt1ZPn1pVcYrAwgBnneNzjZsAfzDBlM8d

sway bars, rear and wheel spacers

When you change from 17" to 18" wheels you need steering rack limiters to stop the rubbing. Here is the Ford one. They come stock on all Mustangs with wheels bigger than 17". You need one for each side of the rack. I would not use spacers unless your wheel is hitting the brake calipers. I am 73...

    ECU Repair

When the ECU failed on my 95 Aerostar I looked on Ebay and paid $25 dollars for a take-off. It works like a charm but that was before they had to be programed for your car.

    The Copart Salvaged S197 3.7L

Yes any detonation at boost will cause the stock pistons to crack like eggs. They are made of hypereutectic aluminum alloy which is incredibly hard and light but a bit brittle. They need to be replaced with high strength aluminum in boosted engines. They are considered better than forged pistons...

Air intake - hissing noise when accelerating

I just checked my Cyclone and it has the same blind boss molded into the intake. It is sealed and has no thru hole. You can ignore it. Cold air devices often cause "hissing" on acceleration it is one of the reasons people like them.

    Water leak

That is a tough one. I don't have a vert but I do know that if you are getting water into your body control module in the passenger kick panel you are in for a world of hurt. Take a look at it and make sure it is not going there and put a cover on the car if it is.

How the F to get out rusted suspension bolts?

Heat is your friend. Heat the nut with a torch until red and quench with water. The nut will come right off. Yes it will melt the bushing but I assume you are replacing it anyway.

    Why is it high?

To me it looks like the Trunk lid is correct and the tailight panel is pushed in. The hit pushed up the rear quarter panels too IMO. Hopefully "pulling" will move those panels back.

Need help with P0012 and P0017 codes.

From what I have read the first thing to do is to change your oil to the weight recommended for your engine. Oil pressure is what controls the valve timing and low or dirty oil may cause those effects. The previous owner may have put in the wrong oil too. It is worth a try.

    6R80 SWAPS

The 6R80 trans in 2011 to 2014 Mustangs is easily tuned. My MPT tune transformed it into a beast. The only bummer is that it won't go into 6th until 60 MPH but I can live with that. Why do you need to worry about the "controller" when you can tune it for your application?

Fan ... when does he kick in ?

You could pull the low speed relay but remember you A/C will not work right. It needs the fan on to cool the condenser when you are not moving. With the low speed fan out it will cycle the high speed fan when the pressure gets too high in the A/C system.

    Random High Engine Temp

I know this is a late response but anyway..... The resistor mounted on the fan shroud drops the current for the low speed fan both feeds are identical. Your fan should come on low speed as soon as you turn on AC and stay on. If it is cycling that is the high speed fan kicking on because...

Problem with the AC fan, it turns on and off.

Your high speed fan works so it is not the fan motor. The resistor should fix your fan but you should check your original one with a meter too. Are you sure that resistor is for 2011 to 2014? S197's from 2005 to 2010 use a different one. I don't know what the difference is and it may not matter...
