I did both, but also already had the adjustable uca and new bracket. The bushing in the stock 150k mile uca were actually still good. I just used a rubber replacement so I removed the entire bushing and metal housing and replaced it.
I just replaced the rear upper control arm. The axle side bushing was trash. Even tiny bumps it would be banging around. When I drilled out the rubber it was so dry rotted it turned to powder.
Putting my engine back together and I found one the the cam phasers was damaged. Looking for both phasers either new or low miles. Would also do the whole timing kit if the price was right.
Looking for the set of rockers and lifters for 3 valve heads. Can't seem to find an oem set that is in stock and ready to ship. Buying individually is ridiculously expensive compared to the set which goes for around $300.

Looking for stock heads and either stock cams or blower cams. Prefer newer style heads, but either would work.
Also need timing tensioner set, lifters and followers, possible upgraded valve springs (depending on cams I find).
