    I found out the size of the belt that I have 122.3" and I went an inch shorter 121.3" since the new pulley is an inch smaller , from NAPA and I believe my KB kit came with that adjustable pulley so I can play around the tightness a little. Thank you

    yup the heat cuz it was an air pocket in the cooling system after fixing it the intake temp reach 138F and with KC system whiten 2 mins it reach 119F :) , I believe there are more reducing on the temp , but I didn't have the time to test it well
