    I don't trust the 6g alts that come with these cars. I know you said it tested "fine" but that could be a false positive. If you have to turn off the radio to get moving sound like a power issue. Scan for codes.

    Ya sound like like mechanic is taking you guys for a ride. The alt could be dead and giving a false positive. Do what MrBhp recommends to see what's really going on.

    Like mine, you have a parasitic draw. You need to find out what's causing the issue and I recommend buying a battery charger. If my car sits for more than 2 days, it's dead. There are many videos on YT that explain how to find the draw. Here's one of my favorite ones. He goes into depth about it.

    Go to car-part.com look for it there. It may be used but sometimes you can get almost new. My driver side was bent. And I managed to get one from a gt500 and it was new for an excellent price.

    Good for you! I did this swap last year on my 06 GT. One of the best mods I did. A little bit of info. Stick with the 2012 to 14 epas as the 2011s have issues. I bought mine from a junkyard. Will save you some $. I bought the harness off ebay and followed this guide to install. good luck.

    Ahh I see. As for the Sjb. Disconnect and remove the front connectors. Then there is one screw on the bottom. Then swing it up and out, disconnect the plugs on the back. If you are going to open it, take a picture of the fuses so you know where to put them back.

    You are most welcome! Glad to help. What I did with my cowl clips was take them out, add sealent from Home depot and put them back. Just as good and cheaper haha. Good luck with it though. Hope it will fix your issue.

    This is why I changed the poly bushings from the stabilizer to rubber. I would have to grease them every year cause they squeak so bad. Even after I greased them they'd still squeak. Go so fed up with them, changed them to rubber and no more squeak. I really hate polly bushings. Lol

    New update. I went ahead and swapped the door panels for the 2014s. Did my own installation since I didn't like anything I found on the net. Zero new screw holes in the panel. Also put some black piping around it as well.

    Why don't you just get rid of the pump and go EPAS? You get a lot more room for other stuff.

    I have a 06. I took out my steering rack and replaced it with a EPAS. Your welcome to it if you want. Or have you thought about replacing it with a EPAS?? Frees up some space I the engine bay and you don't have to deal with fluids.

    @DieHarder nice! I made my own headlights too. But I tappeed my halos into the DRL circuit and made my own circuit for them to work properly. So when I turn on the headlights the halos turn off. I also believe in soldering vs butt connectors!
