    They should fit just fine. I believe that wheel is actually an 8" (40mm offset) instead of the 8.5" (50mm offset) that was stock on the 07 GT. Offset is a little different, I presume to keep the wheel face close to where it is on the 8.5". It is a nice looking wheel.

    Eibach pro kit lowering springs installed, passenger rear side sits 7/8" higher than driver side.

    The ProKit is a progressive rate spring versus the Sportline. So, a little softer. I had the ProKit on my old 87 RX7. Really liked them, but could tell the trade off between performance and comfort.

    275/65/18 might be too tall and cause rubbing issues. Just checked...the 275/65/18 is just over 32" tall. The 235/50/18 is just over 27". That's a 5" difference in diameter.

    FSM is Factory Service Mamual. Looking at Ebay, you can get the full set in paper form or USB thumbdrive. If going the USB/DVD/download, make sure to check the seller reviews.

    What year? Mist of the FSM/DSM can be bought on ebay in cd/DVD form for a reasonable price. Just make sure they have all the electrical diagrams. I have one I bought for the 08 and it is the DSM, but lacking the electrical diagrams. They should be on it, but do not come up when selected.

    Are those crush washers or just copper washers? If they are just copper, and relatively unscored, you can soften them (anneal) with a propane torch. Heat them up on both sides until they change color (they get get 'lighter', you'll know it when you see it). Let them cool before touching!

    The Koni Str.ts I have on my 08 GT lasted about 60-70k. Firm, maybe choppy, but I also have the Ford lowering springs (P or K, can never remember which, but about 1" lower, not the 1.5").

    I've used KYB GR2 (more or less the Excel G used in their assemblies) on other cars (Opel Manta and GT) with good results. I used KYB stock type replacements on aToyota Tercel (worked well, but you could tell the springs should have been replaced). All of those were light cars, 2300 lbs or less...
