Weird front end vibration at highway speeds

Check your tie rod ends and ball joints as well.

    Tires

So many mixed reviews on those Nitto's. I found them to be one of the worst tires I've ever ran. Very poor traction. A burnout would just make them greasy. If you can afford Pilot Sports, that's probably your best bet. Although they can get loud as well. Continental makes a great all-rounder...

    Turbo Manifolds

The last twin kit I saw had the turbos mounted under the car. I didn't like it much. They were really low. A single just barely fits, with modifications. FWIW, my nephew built a 2007 with twins for a customer. He never came close to beating my single, or having my drivability.

    Yukon axle help?

Are they all sitting on the hubs, or the studs? Maybe the stud lengths are different?

    Tires

Your preference of straight line traction, cornering, and/or comfort will decide. This is a question that tends to lead to disagreements. Do you drive your car like a Kia, or like it should be? You gotta fit the tire to what you expect of the car. Also, are you staying with the factory sizing?

    Catalytic Converter Questions

Sulphur smell is absolutely normal, occasionally. Nothing to worry about. If it's only occasionally. If you smell it all the time, you probably have something going on. Or your battery is leaking.

    2005 GT gauges shows random

I'm sorry to hear you are having problems. I can't imagine that ALL the step motors went bad at the same time. That's absolutely silly. But, it seems you did fix some problems. You may have something else going on. Possibly grounding. And probably something else, as well. Of course, I...

Still haven't dealt with my pealing clearcoat on my 2005 Roush Red Fire

I would do it. There's the same chance as a paint and body shop not getting it right.

Fender is easy to pull. That color can be challenging to match.

Yeah. Even an R3. I built one for a client that went 10's without popping the valve cover.

    2007 Ford Mustang GT 4.6 V8 3v running lean

Looks like they got after it with a torch and hammer. We normally, or always, replace that part. But living in Europe makes it difficult to get parts, yes? Seems like they could at least get crash parts. Maybe it was one of those late night, backyard, hammer to fit, paint to match...

Guys who have done gears themselves.

I did my 4.10's in the car. But I have a bit of experience. And I'm able to get my car 3 feet off the ground. IIRC, I disconnected some of the suspension and let the axle hang down.

What would YOU do for an engine build in my situation?

    Yeah. 8500 on a 3v is a waste.

Has Anyone Tried the MMR Billet Chain Guides for a 4.6L 3V Timing Rebuild?

Cranking with no fire is not the same as starting the engine. They are two very different things. You are correct in thinking that you may not see a lot oil pressure while cranking. All you are trying to do is get a coating on the bearings. Basically where the engine would be between normal...

Has Anyone Tried the MMR Billet Chain Guides for a 4.6L 3V Timing Rebuild?

Bro, until it happens to you personally, it's hard to believe it could ever be a problem. That was my experience, anyway. I would glob it on. However, I started having electrical issues with my old Ram Cummins. I didn't think it could be under the hood "cause I've smeared dielectric grease on...

Has Anyone Tried the MMR Billet Chain Guides for a 4.6L 3V Timing Rebuild?

To pre-lube the engine, no unplugging of anything is required. The car has "flood mode". Mash the accelerator to floor before you turn the key. This prevents firing. Will only crank as long as accelerator is at wot. Will not start. That's how you prime the oiling system.

Engine stalling and dies few minutes after start

Fuel rail pressure sensor is either not liking the data it's getting. Or it's going bad. If you've another round for the parts shotgun, get another sensor. If you are tired of spending money, try to test out the fuel system before you spend another dime. Hopefully you are not missing work or...
