Welp, guess they finally fixed that issue lol. I had the 200s, I figured bigger ones would be even harder. Good job on their part

I did it and was making 17 lbs without any issues on e85 with the M122. Getting the pumps to fit in the GT500 hat is a BITCH though.

You don't need to go that tight. My point was that basically it just bottoms out and is nearly impossible to torque further.

Yes and no. Obviously you can still deform the metal and/or break the threads. The difference is with the solid washer the change in toque is very noticeable. Like from 3/8" ratchet in one hand to two five foot long break bars and a buddy in a quarter turn.

OP Updated. Supercharger tank and IW OD Pulley sold. Went ahead and dropped some prices on the rest of this stuff. Some of this stuff I'm basically giving away at this stage.
