17mm in is no biggie, its the 21mm out that might screw you up, they might stick out from the fender just a bit, I don't think it would be a huge amount though, should still look good

I hate plasti dip, I have seen it look like crap wayyy too many times, my .02, get the AMR wheels, being that they are popular, you'll be able to resale them for a pretty penny as well when it comes time that you want to get the next set of wheels

I was always under the impression that the idle relearn did not work unless you disconnected the battery and drained the electrical system first (pumping breaks)
