    Help Please.

OK, but is that tune the actual factory tune? Sounds like not. You need someone to reconstruct your factory tune or better yet (and easier) is to just get a performance tune for the factory airbox. And BTW, that C&L setup is pure junk. Caused my car to run lean too.

new to forum....cam question...99% daily driver, cams worth it? 3V

Lol, fuck that on a daily driver. And I'm sure that was on 91 or 93 octane too.

Has anybody swapped a Coyote into a '09?

Much easier to just buy a used 11 GT, unless you're completely upside down on your 09.

    smart junction box questions

Put a hose on the roof of the car and let the water run down onto the cowl panel. You're going to have to get on your back with a flashlight and verify the leak is coming from the body seam in the A-pillar area, as it more than likely is. Let the area dry and then apply silicone to the seam. The...

That's the consensus, but I recently fixed an 08 GT with the same water leak.

    smart junction box questions

Your root problem is the quite common right A-pillar area water leak. If your car is out of warranty, Ford is going to want a shitpile of money to fix it. Easy enough to fix it yourself. There are write-ups on here and other forums as well. And if the SJB is fried, yes; it will need to be...

    replacing trunk batteries

Wow. Do you really need all of that audio equipment in the car? I have an mp3 player hooked up to the stock radio via the aux jack. And a stereo at home. Works great for me.

    Bubbling paint

Yep, pretty sure the hood overhang on these cars coupled with some shitty materials and/or work from Ford is the culprit. Noticed how they got rid of the overhanging hood on the 13 and 14 cars. My 08 has it now too. Just noticed it today. Pisses me off even more than the self-removing door panel...

Disable dome light when key is turned off?

Nothing in the owner's manual about the dome light, but I did find out the perimeter lighting can be turned off.

Disable dome light when key is turned off?

I reallly, really hate the way the dome light stays on for about 30 seconds or so when the key is turned off. I would much rather have it turn off when I turn the car off. Anybody have a solution for this besides removing the bulbs, etc., as I do use the dome at times.

The early 07 cars don't have TPMS.

    Throwing P2272 Code

Sensor 2 only monitors catalyst efficiency. Have your tuner turn off the rear sensors ("sensor 2" aka HO2S12 (bank 1) and HO2S22 (bank two)). Car is completely safe to drive w/rear O2 sensor codes.

2011 GT Leather Seats in a 2010 GT

You may need an 11-13 RCM (Restraints Control Module), which will of course have to be programmed at a dealer. And SCT, etc. programmers/code readers only read "P" codes. Airbag codes are "B" codes.

How much of an NVH increase can be expected from these bushings. I ask because my car, for now at least, is mostly a daily driver.

Need a right door panel, 05-09, charcoal black, no insert, no sub grille, good to excellent condition. Just like the left panel in the attached pic.

    flush now coolant smell!!

Probably just overspill from when you drained and/or filled it. And these cars do not need to be bled, as the coolant reservoir is actually a de-gas bottle (self-bleeding). That wouldn't cause a coolant smell anyway.

    Question for guys using tuners

Exactly. A good tune will get rid of the terrible throttle response off idle these cars have from the factory, even if you only run 87 with the stock airbox/MAF. I have run my car with this combo and its a world of difference as far as throttle response.
