    Rear end gears for magnum XL trans and these tires?

    I was talked into the 2.66 with 3.55 rear and 487whp / 482trq.. it was a DOG. I swapped in 4.10s and it's ok, but the oem TR3650 and 3.55s were faster in the 1/4. I'd go with the 2.97 if I could do it again.

    Sometime in 2008 (I think) Ford did away with the midpipe hangers. So I don't think they are needed. My Oct 07 build, 2008 had the hangers on the oem mount but did not have them on the OEM midpipe.

    I was cutting 1.66 60's with them and the Koni sports too. Only difference was I had 17" MT radials on OEM wheels and 3.55s.

    Nah, we're just in South Jersey (basically exit one on the NJTPK) and she commutes almost to Baltimore. ..sucks when you choose a narrow field for your PhD and can't find a real job.

    Complete Auto To Manual swap 2005-2009 Mustang Gt

    Not sure where you are located, but I have my takeout trans, driveshaft, flywheel, cross member, trans mount, and shifter. Might have some other pieces, but I'll have to check. They are out of a 2008 GT, have under 30k on them, and the DS has less than 5k on it.

    Thanks! Yeah, when we got it back in June of 2011, she was commuting to University of Delaware for her PhD and we live in South Jersey. Things didn't get any better when she got her job either.. She drives almost an hour & a half each way to work!

    No she doesn't! I like it. It's a fun car to drive and handles worlds better than her 2012 did, even with the koni shocks/struts. It's quicker than I thought it would be and, with all the driving she does, makes alot more sense than a 5.0 would for her.
